For instrument questions or issues using Fender Play
Teachers should report any instrument or Fender Play issues by sending a single email to the contacts below:

Specify in the email:
- Is the teacher or student having the issue?
- Login email for teacher/student
- Description of the issue
- If a technical issue, list type of device being used
Do not include any personally identifiable information for students in any email communication.
